woohoo!

so the tour de france ended yesterday, and lance armstrong won! man that is so cool and i was so excited to see it. 7 times in a row. that's more than any other cyclist has done and will probably ever do. how amazing! i've been reading his book "it's not about the bike" and it's such a great book. it's so incredible to read about everything he went through and to watch the tour and see him get the yellow jersey every day and to see him stand on top of the podium in paris. it's a real life example of what you can really do if you really put your mind to something and don't let other people tell you that you can't do something. believing in yourself is a powerful thing and realizing what you want to do and doing it even when the odds are against you is just so wow. if you want something bad enough, there really shoudln't be any reason why you can't achieve it if you try your best and work hard for it. that's what livestrong is all about right? to live strong and make your life worthwhile. and to never give up.
